Nestled into the hillside overlooking the picturesque Exmoor coastal village of Lynmouth this attractive apartment offers lovely views across the roof tops of Lynmouth towards the sea and the spectacular coastal scenery in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  Access to the accommodation is via a sloping pathway and steps and although the apartment is mostly on one level there are some internal steps. Lynmouth View is furnished and equipped to a high standard in a tasteful contemporary style and offers a great base for exploring Exmoor.  A comfortable and good size living room offers views towards the picturesque harbour.  A recently fitted quality kitchen/diner is well equipped and is a great place for preparing and enjoying meals with friends and family. There are 3 attractive bedrooms, two with sea glimpses and one with an ensuite shower room and TV.  A family bathroom completes the internal accommodation.  A large decked patio area has ample space for relaxation and alfresco dining and there is an undercover area where surf boards, cycles and beach equipment could be stored. The centre of this famous Exmoor village is just a few minutes downhill walk(extra time is needed for the exhilarating uphill return). A selection of shops, cafes and pubs are all available and visitors will enjoy relaxing on the river bank, manor greens or beach as well as taking advantage of the wonderful coast, river and countryside walks that abound from the village. The further facilities of Lynton can be accessed by foot, road or the famous furnicular railway that joins these twin villages.

Accommodation: Sloping pathway and steps down to entrance: Hall. Living room with TV, DVD player and CD player. Kitchen/diner room with ceramic hob and electric oven,  fridge, freezer, microwave and slimline dishwasher. Utility area with washing machine. Ground floor: Bedroom 1 with King, TV and ensuite shower room with WC and wash basin.  Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bedroom 3 with single and single pull out bed. Family bathroom with bath, shower over bath, WC and wash basin.

Facilities and services: Linen & towels. Oil CH. Wi Fi Broadband. No smoking. 1 pet welcome. Travel cot and Highchair available. Patio furniture and gas barbeque available. Roadside parking may be available close by with loading and unloading possible, there is a village car park approx 400yds away.  Weekly parking permits can be purchased at the Tourist Information Office. No short breaks. 3pm arrival. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
