Wonderful stay in this farm cottage. It was warm and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. After breaking my leg severe mobility problems so as on one level so ideal for me. Also a lovely touch on arrival leaving us a bottle of wine, homemade fudge, milk and seasonal flowers.

The cottage was lovely and quirky. We were very comfortable and it was very cool during a heat wave. The location is great for walking, we walked to Lynton and got the bus back practically to the door. Local pub and community cafe/shop both superb. If the teapot had been bigger it would have been perfect!
