Rejuvenate and relax in a cosy countryside bungalow cottage with traditional and bright interiors with a spacious and tranquil garden. Stay local to the town of South Molton and wander into the centre where you’ll find a lovely range of shops and restaurants, while also being close to Exmoor National Park for long scenic dog walks and the sandy beaches of the North Devon coast for a dip.

Inside this detached property is a homely kitchen with natural light streaming in through the glass patio doors, which you can open up to enjoy some fresh air while enjoying a meal at the delightful dining table and chairs set. The living room also benefits from glass patio doors and has a comfortable sofa and two armchairs in front of the TV and electric fire. Take a glass of wine into the bathroom and relax in the tub. When it’s time to rest up for the night, there are two bedrooms – one king-size and a twin room. Outside is a sheltered and enclosed garden with furniture for dining alfresco plus a garage for storage.

Stay on the outskirts of the charming town of South Molton, with the shops and restaurants in the centre, just 0.5 miles away. On a rainy day, you could visit the museum or art gallery (both within 0.5 miles). Take Fido for a run around in Exmoor National Park (4.5 miles) – where you’ll find woodland, rivers and moorland. The closest beach is Saunton Sands (20 miles), which is canine-friendly all year round and is excellent for swimming because of its soft sand and lifeguarded patrols.

South Molton is the ideal place to stay if you want to explore North Devon. The Willows is a charming property in a quiet residential area and just a short walk to the town centre. The property has recently been tastefully extended and now has the additional benefit of a wet room and a large kitchen diner area. website photos confusing / out of date. No drop kerb to new driveway - 4-5 inch step -okay if you have a Land Rover, but we do not. No sun umbrella. As a general point with the weather warming up, can you ask your clients, to consider providing an electric desk or pedestal fan in their property.
