On the outskirts of the market town of Barnstaple, on the main road to the 'Golden Coast', Mirano is a great base for exploring all that North Devon has to offer. By car you can access spectacular sandy beaches such as Saunton Sands or Croyde. A free parking permit for one vehicle at Croyde Down End car park is provided. Alternatively head off in the other direction to picturesque waterfront villages such as Appledore and Instow. Less than half a mile from the holiday home is the Tarka Trail Cycle Path which offers level cycling each side of the Taw Estuary. Barnstaple centre with its shops, cafes and restaurants and historic Pannier market, is less than a mile away.  

Leading off the hallway is a well-equipped kitchen which has both a breakfast bar and breakfast table, with a utility room beyond. The main living area has a modern feel with wooden floors, comfy seating and patio doors providing access to the enclosed garden and double patio. There is a dining table with seating for 8, perfect for family occasions or a dinner party with friends. The two bedrooms on the ground floor are a twin bedroom and bunks, both served by the well-appointed downstairs bathroom. The ground floor benefits from underfloor heating, with radiators on the first floor. Upstairs are two immaculate bedrooms, a King and a Double, both with an ensuite shower room each.  

The fully-enclosed garden at the back of the property has two patio terraces either side of the living room to make the most of the sun throughout the day and evening. Next to the lawn there is also a greenhouse so please take care whilst enjoying the garden! 

Driveway parking is for up to 3 cars. Please note: the owners are sometimes in residence next door so have 2 further parking spaces set aside on the drive for themselves.

First floor: Bedroom 1 with King with ensuite shower room with corner shower, heated towel rail, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Double with ensuite shower room with corner shower, heated towel rail, WC and basin.

A selection of books and games. Patio furniture. Barbecue. Parking for 3 cars on driveway.  Regret No Pets allowed. Short breaks available. A free parking permit for one vehicle at Croyde Down End car park is provided. 4pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
