This coastal holiday let is a spacious period property situated in an elevated position just a few hundred metres from the delightful rock, sand and shingle beach in the popular seaside village of Combe Martin. With five bedrooms over three floors offering flexible sleeping arrangements, this elegant Victorian house is an ideal base for families and groups of friends.

Head inside and find that there are two ground-floor living rooms, one with glimpses of the sea. Both have TVs and DVD players, with one room providing seating for seven whilst the other has seating for four guests plus an open fire. The spacious and modern kitchen/diner has a large dining table for six to eight guests and a breakfast bar for four which is ideal for enjoying leisurely breakfasts or a family meal at the end of the day. A WC completes the ground floor. The first floor has a study with ample space for different generations to relax and unwind. There are also two bedrooms on this level, a king-size with a balcony and sea views, and a double. Both are served by a bathroom with a bath and a separate shower cubicle. The second floor comprises the final three bedrooms: a double and a bunkroom, both with sea views, and a single room. There is a shower room on this floor too. Terraced rear gardens, which can be accessed from the ground or first floor, offer attractive areas with a patio with furniture and delightful sea views.

Combe Martin is steeped in history and has much to offer for the young and the young at heart. Why not try rock pooling, kayaking, fishing and riding or a visit to the local silver mines (1.5 miles) or the Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (2 miles)? With the heart of the Exmoor National Park just a short drive and the twin villages of Lynton and Lynmouth (13 miles) and the large surfing beaches at Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde all within 16 miles, this property is ideal for all the family.
