Fircones is set in an idyllic location within Croyde.  This is an ideal family home from which to explore the North Devon coastline which is fabulous for walkers, explore Baggy Point part of the National Trust owned headland with its rugged cliffs and crashing waves, taking in a delicious cream tea on the way back down.  Fircones is situated conveniently for the shops, pubs, tea rooms and surf hire that the beautiful village of Croyde has to offer.  The stunning sandy beach renowned for its surfing is within an easy walk and this is accessible by a path next to Billy Budds in the centre of the village.  Why not try a lesson with one of the many surf schools the village has to offer.
