Description

Hector’s House is a newly built high-quality beach villa on this small development in the heart of Croyde’s surfing resort.  Care has been taken in both the external and internal design to give a modern contemporary feel to this property, the property provides the all-important holiday relaxer, the hot tub for watching the sun go down, also an outdoor hot shower ideal for washing off those sandy feet back from the beach.  This property takes advantage of the location and stunning countryside, ideal for families who like outdoor pursuits.  The beautiful sandy beach is a short walk away, and so is the quaint village with its choice of pubs, restaurants and shops.  Enjoy walking to Baggy Point with your pet, the National Trust owned headland with far reaching coastal and sea views or along the headland to Putsborough beach, taking in panoramic views stretching across to Woolacombe Bay.

Enter through the exterior main door into the outdoor private courtyard which leads to the front door, opening into a bright and open plan kitchen/dining area with integrated appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine, even a wine cooler, the kitchen has been thoughtfully laid out in design and equipment.  The dining area is perfect for family gatherings, walk through the bi-fold doors onto the private patio area for those al fresco evenings with outdoor garden furniture.  There are two sofas in the lounge area again with bi-fold doors opening out towards the front garden of the property, with countryside views, or to the side leading out to the courtyard.  For convenience there is a ground floor cloakroom/WC.  To the first floor, with glass balustrade at the top of the stairs with three bedrooms accessed off the landing, master bedroom one with King size bed, matching range of bedroom furniture compliments the aspect of the room with countryside views, en-suite shower room, basin with sensor lighting and WC.  Bedroom two which overlooks the garden has a King size bed offering flexibility with zip ‘n’ link, so can be split into 2 6” twin beds, bi-fold doors and Juliette balcony, views towards the sea and sand dunes, smart TV.  Bedroom three with single bed, smart TV. Family bathroom with basin providing sensor lighting, shower over bath/WC.

Parking for the property is outside, the designated parking space in front of the garage provides one car parking space.  The property is enclosed with a courtyard, garden furniture, barbecue and lawned garden, giving privacy.

Outside hot shower.  No Smoking.  1 dog welcome. 1 allocated parking space.  Short breaks available during 2019 only. 4pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
