Description

Hobbs House is a quality detached modern family home situated in the heart of Croyde village, close to all amenities including village stores, pubs and restaurants and within a 10 minute walk of the beautiful surf washed sandy beach.  This spacious house is very comfortably furnished and well equipped with thermostatically controlled elec panel heating throughout and offers a wonderful base whatever the time of year. A spacious and very attractive triple aspect living room with "living flame" gas fire in feature stone fireplace gives open plan access to a separate dining area with French windows to garden. The fully fitted kitchen has wonderful views over the garden. A small porch is next to the rear kitchen door and is handy for storing shoes and equipment. Outside is a cold water shower to rinse off the sand after returning from the beach. Children will love the small study with Smart TV/DVD, table, chairs and a selection of games. There are four bedrooms including a triple aspect master king size double with distant sea views and a dual aspect twin bedded, further double and twin rooms ( a z-bed is available for alternative sleeping). On the first floor there is a family bathroom/wc and an additional modern fully tiled shower room/wc on the ground floor.  A small garden porch is ideal for storing coats and boots and the large fully enclosed south facing garden is ideal for sunbathing, alfresco dining or children's play. Coastal walks, horse riding, an indoor pool and championship golf course are all close by.

Accommodation: 14 steps up to front entrance. The house can also be accessed to the back and side by ramped path. Ground floor: Hall. Living room with 'living flame' gas fire in feature stone fireplace,  TV (basic Sky package), DVD, small CD/radio. Dining room with access to garden. Small playroom with Smart TV/DVD and children's games. Kitchen with electric hob, double oven, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. Shower room with WC and basin. First Floor: Bedroom 1 with King. Bedroom 2 with Double. Bedroom 3 with Twin. Bedroom 4 with Twin. Bathroom with bath, WC and basin.
