Corona is located in a most wonderful position, nestling alongside the beautiful Taw Estuary and overlooking the sandy estuary beach of Instow. Wonderful views can be seen from many rooms across the ever changing tides and towards the pretty village of Appledore and out to sea.  This recently refurbished beach villa has been well designed, thoughtfully furnished and stylishly presented throughout with limed wooden floors and gleaming white walls.  Laid out over three floors the house is spacious, light and airy with ample room for enjoying wonderful holidays with family and friends. The pretty village of Instow has everything you could need for a relaxing break and a gentle stroll along the Marine Parade will find a superb delicatessen and cafe and great choice of pubs and restaurants serving locally caught seafood. The wide sandy beach with its gentle tidal waters is ideal for families and during the summer a variety of water sports are enjoyed out in the bay and a small boat ferry is available for access across to Appledore. The spacious open plan living room is on the first floor to take advantage of the wonderful views and a large balcony along the full width of the house is ideal for enjoying the ebb and flow of the tide and the magnificent sunsets.  A pristine, white, high quality kitchen is at the rear of the property with a large dining table for meals with family and friends and patio doors lead out onto a large decked patio. Three bedrooms can be found on the ground floor and one on the second floor. Two bedrooms offer wonderful estuary views and there are two en suites as well as a family bathroom. The Tarka Trail can be joined almost from the doorstep for those who wish to walk or cycle and many family attractions are within a short drive. For memorable family holidays or relaxing breaks Corona is perfect for all ages and provides a great holiday base at any time of year.

Kitchen/diner with induction hob and small electric oven/ microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Second floor: Bedroom 4 with King, TV and en suite shower room with dual wash basins and WC.

This really is a wonderful house with fantastic views. It was immaculate on our arrival very clean and tidy. Welcome pack is a nice touch. Private parking is a real bonus. We had a fabulous week.

Lovely property well equipped and good layout for a large family or groups of friends and is located in in wonderful spot overlooking the marina and river estuary. We enjoyed days out to local beaches and towns. Instow has all you need in walking distance, beach, general store, pubs and places to eat out.
