Description

This spacious first floor flat for two is located in the heart of Lynton close to its small pedestrian area with restaurants and shops around the corner and the Crown Hotel opposite.  Walkers are welcome to bring their dog and will be spoilt for choice when it comes to easy or challenging walks and should find this a handy base for exploring Exmoor and its dramatic coastline and moorland, whilst also being convenient for the amenities of Lynton itself.

Lynmouth with its riverside walks, harbourside pubs, restaurants and large manor green overlooking the sea is linked by road, exhilarating footpath or the famous Victorian, water powered cliff railway. Breath-taking coast, country and riverside walks are easily accessible, with abundant wildlife including wild goats in the Valley of the Rocks, red deer and Exmoor ponies in the surrounding countryside. Many other attractions are available with a 40 minute drive including the golden sands of Woolacombe Bay.

From street level, the front door leads you into the flat and a useful space for storing your boots and coats. Stairs lead up to the hallway, off which are located all the rooms, including at the far end the spacious living room (down 5 steps) complete with wood burner, providing a warm retreat no matter what the season. Relax and unwind on the sofa in front of the TV, there is also a piano for guests to enjoy.

The kitchen/dining room provides you with somewhere to eat a hearty breakfast and prepare some tasty sandwiches for your days out. You will also have plenty of eateries on your doorstep to choice from if you do opt to take a well-deserved night off from the cooking and dishes.

Opposite the bedroom with its king size bed is the impressive bathroom, complete with separate shower cubicle, slate tiled floor and marble wall tiles.
