Access to the pathway leading down to Rockham Bay and Bull Point Lighthouse and coast path is yards from your doorstep, which gives access to some of the National Trust's most breathtaking walks.

At the rear a private, enclosed and beautifully presented small high walled courtyard provides a perfect haven for al fresco drinks and barbecues on a warm summers evening. The double bedroom to the front is ensuite with distant views and the rear twin is served by a separate bathroom.
