Description

Approached by country lanes, Clifton Court overlooks the glorious beach at Putsborough, two miles from Croyde and three miles from Woolacombe.  Both villages have a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartments in Clifton Court are arranged on four levels, access is on level three and all are approached by a variable number of steps depending on the location, detailed information is available on request. There are designated parking spaces for each apartment together with limited additional guest parking. All of the apartments have individual views over the sands stretching from Baggy Point to Morte Point. A lane at the side of the building leads to the beach and guests have full use of the indoor heated swimming pool. Putsborough Beach is sheltered by cliffs and ideal for swimming and surfing. During the main season a beach shop and cafe provides refreshments.

Unique to Clifton Court this large apartment with magnificent views overlooking Putsbourough Sands is perfect for family groups and having four bedrooms and excellent facilities it is a real find. A spacious ceramic tiled secure lobby area is a real bonus for storage of surfboards and beach equipment. The living room is open plan, with a contemporary styled corner sofa, dining area seating eight and kitchen area with ceramic floor. The whole room is bright and cheerful with patio doors opening onto the balcony enjoying fantastic views. A separate utility room and additional deep sink provide a very convenient spot for washing and hanging wet suits after a day on the beach. With four bedrooms in total, the double bedroom with ensuite facility enjoys a lovely view of the beach and benefits from its own patio door onto the balcony. The three remaining bedrooms are served by a large separate shower room. Well equipped and in a beachside location, the apartment is just perfect for larger family groups to enjoy a fabulous holiday in this lovely area.
