Enjoy the spectacular views from this wonderful duplex garden apartment. Set in the most stunning coastal location, above Saunton Beach, which has an impressive 3-mile expanse of golden sands backed by the dunes of Braunton Burrows, this stylish property has direct access to the beach so you can enjoy the surf and sand within minutes of leaving the door.

Set in shared landscaped gardens with good storage facilities for beach equipment, the apartment is designed to enjoy the outdoor coastal lifestyle with a splash of luxury. From the front entrance, an internal staircase (32 steps) leads down to the apartment. The stylish and comfortable open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space of the apartment opens onto the furnished balcony where you will be able to dine alfresco and enjoy the amazing panoramic coastal views. It is also a great spot to catch the sunset. The kitchen area is well equipped and the living area has two comfortable sofas where you can relax. The apartment benefits from eco-friendly underfloor heating, with wooden floors in the living area and carpets in the bedrooms. A staircase leads down to the two bedrooms, located on the ground floor. Both have their own direct access to the patio/terrace and garden beyond. Both bedrooms have been thoughtfully furnished. The master bedroom with a king-size bed has its own contemporary en-suite shower room and the twin room is served by a modern family bathroom. So why not wake up and watch the waves roll in and plan out your leisurely day? Outside on the apartment’s terrace, there is a store with a heater for drying wetsuits. There is also an internal and external secure storage facility for surfboards, located at the end of the building. Lastly, there is an external shared shower and a shared bike rack.

The beach below has a cafe and shop and you can also hire a beach hut for the day. The popular villages of Croyde (2 miles) and Braunton (3 miles) have a good selection of bars, restaurants and pubs, both villages being a short drive away. The Saunton Golf Club with its 36-hole championship course is nearby (less than a mile). For an amazing holiday experience by the ocean, this apartment is the perfect choice.

We really like coming to Saunton to be immersed in sea sand and sky. No matter what the weather! With a hectic life there is no where better to immediately feel connected to the sea. We all love the surf! We also feel in very good hands with Vicky who looks after the apartment beautifully. The main attraction is the extraordinary sight and sound Read moreof the sea view! Hide

2 Oceanpoint is a truly beautiful apartment in a stunning location. The views from the patio balcony are breathtaking. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well presented and tastefully decorated and furnished. There is also a secure car park so no need to worry about parking. You are well placed location wise to visit Croyde, Woolacombe, IlfRead moreracombe, Chambercombe Manor and many other places, that is, if you can tear yourself away from the fantastic Saunton Sands beach right in front of you. There is a private path from the back of the property down to Saunton beach but beware anyone who has a disability or trouble with walking as the walk up and down is very steep. There are also a fair few stairs to contend with to get to the apartment and I didn't notice a lift. The pint of milk, Devon fudge and shortbread biscuits left for us in the apartment were very much appreciated following our long journey. Overall we had a fantastic stay at 2 Oceanpoint and I would be hard pushed to find fault with this place - if you really pushed me, I would say that the shower head in the family bathroom didn't appear to be the right one for the shower as it would not sit in the holder making it difficult for my daughter to comfortably shower/wash her hair; and some cups and saucers in the kitchen cupboard would have been most welcome as not everyone likes to drink a big mug of tea. Other than that, I think everything else was excellent. I will definitely return to this apartment. Thank you for a lovely holiday. Hide

Fantastic location with gorgeous views over Saunton Sands. A few mins walk down to the beach. The duplex apartment had everything we needed and more. Lovely and clean. Had a brilliant week. Had surf lessons from Walking on Waves which would highly recommend too.
