Sleeping six guests in three bedrooms, the two-storey detached property is ideal for a family break, especially with its large garden that children are sure to love. After a memorable day exploring the surrounding countryside or building sandcastles on the beach, only 1 mile away, light the BBQ and dine under the stars, play a game of pool in the garage, or curl up with a film in the spacious lounge.

As you open the front door, you'll find yourself enveloped in a comforting atmosphere. Head through to the lounge/diner and take some time to relax together, watching your favourite shows on the TV or planning an exciting game. When it's time for food, you can make the most of the kitchen and then serve up at the dining table. On the ground floor, you'll also find a separate WC and entry to the garage, where there’s a pool table and plenty of storage space for bikes, surfboards and more. Upstairs on the first floor, you'll find a king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a children's bunk bedroom, plus a family bathroom. Outside in the garden, you can enjoy the spectacular views. Play games on the large areas of lawn with the children, or light up the BBQ on warm summer nights for a family feast outdoors. You can even challenge each other to a game of table tennis in the outbuilding.

The house is situated 1.5 miles from Braunton, 1 mile from the long beach at Saunton Sands, 4.5 miles from Woolacombe Beach and 3.5 miles from Croyde; all wonderful locations for a traditional bucket-and-spade day out or a fun-filled surf trip. Alternatively, take a break from the beach and experience the local towns nearby. Braunton offers a range of shopping and dining options, whilst the bustling pannier market in Barnstaple, 7.5 miles away, is where you can find a variety of goods and wares.

Lovely property in great location to explore the North Devon coast. Superb views to the sea from the large garden, in a peaceful environment. The added bonus of games rooms with table tennis and snooker for if the weather is not that great - fortunately for us had two weeks of hot sunny weather ! Such a lovely location for Saunton Sands with a large garden and play equipment both inside and out. Very suitable for families. We love staying at Sanfield House.

This property feels like a second home. We have stayed here three times in 13 months and hope to visit many more times. It's the wide open views, the hill to the right where the sun sinks (you can can get to Croyde via this hill) and the sea in the far distance. Beautiful house and garden located close to main beaches, Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe. Very clean on arrival, comfy furniture and beds. Kids loved staying there, especially with all outside games available.

We love Sanfield House and have stayed here twice - if we could, I think we'd move in! The grounds and views are spectacular and we love that we can walk to Braunton for a pasty and Croyde for a paddle. We hope to return many times.
