Description

A comfortable modern apartment occupying the top level of the owner's large detached home in a quiet residential location with magnificent views of Woolacombe Bay and Putsborough Sands. The main living area is open plan with a comfy seating and dining area that leads through to a separate bedroom. There is a separate well equipped modern kitchen and bathroom. Patio doors open out onto the balcony with excellent sea and coastal views. Within a very short walk to the beach and village centre and with a good choice of restaurants all close by. Your pet is welcome too! Please note that infants are not accepted.

Accommodation:Ground floor: Open plan living/dining area with TV with freeview, DVD, video,CD player and gas fire. Bedroom with King. Kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Bathroom with bath, shower attachment over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Wi Fi Broadband. No smoking. 1 pet welcome. No infants, as property not suitable. Private parking. No Short breaks. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
