Broadside is quietly located just a short downhill stroll from the magnificent 3 mile stretch of golden surfing sands and a great selection of pubs, shops and restaurants in the popular coastal resort of Woolacombe. All principal rooms are on the ground floor with an additional  open plan single room with shower room off on the first floor. The spacious living room is furnished in a contemporary style and offers every comfort. Two double bedrooms each have French windows offering sea views and give access onto a decked verandah that runs along the whole length of the house.  A quality well equipped kitchen leads onto a separate dining room where the day can be planned over breakfast or you can enjoy relaxing meals with friends and family.  A lovely enclosed mature terraced patio garden at the rear of the property has a large patio area, ideal for alfresco dining on long summer evenings.  The garage provides excellent storage for surfboards and wetsuits. Keen walkers will relish the abundance of country and coastal footpaths and avid surfers and beach lovers will not be disappointed with the spectacular choice of sandy beaches.

Accommodation: Step from driveway up to Ground floor: Hall. Living room with Smart TV and DVD, Dining room. Kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine is housed in the garage. Bedroom 1 with King. Bedroom 2 with King. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin. First Floor: Open access to single room (for alternative sleeping only)with ensuite Shower room with washbasin and WC. 

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Wi -Fi Broadband. No Smoking.  Regret no pets but not pet free as owner may occasionally bring their own dog. Garden furniture. No cot is available please bring your own.  Garden may not suit young children. Private parking  for 3 cars in driveway. No short breaks. A selection of books & games. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday. Arrival time is 4pm
