Located in the stunning town of Dartmouth, these two adjacent properties make the ideal holiday home for family and friends to gather and relax. Split between a ground Studio apartment and cottage above, this property offers three bedrooms sleeping up to six people and a studio which sleeps an extra two.  With a spacious open plan kitchen, diner and living room there is ample space to sit down and play family games provided by the cottage.  An outside decking area complete with coal BBQ (please provide your own coal) Outside seating  and 19 steps which lead down to the paved courtyard in front of the studio, you and your party have space and privacy to sit out and enjoy the sunshine.  The properties also offer a crabbing line for the kids, a picnic blanket and cooler bag ready to start you and your party off on an exploration and discovery of what the town and River dart has to offer.  With plenty of restaurants, pubs, galleries,trips down the river and picturesque walks along the River Dart all on the doorstep, The Cottage and Studio at Cobalt has everything you need for a great get away. 

Ground Floor: The Studio: 

Kitchen/Living/Bedroom: Refridgerator, (includes freezer compartment), microwave oven, 2 ring Induction Hob, Bluetooth speaker, 32'' wall mounted Smart TV/DVD combi with Freeview, chest of drawers, Two free standing chairs, 5' King size bed (zip and link will create 2 single beds, please inform on booking if you would like them separate).

 Bathroom: WC,hand basin, wall mounted electric shower.

Outside Space: A private paved courtyard, outside table with two chairs access to BBQ (please provide own coal) access to steps leading to the cottage.

Parking: A parking permit id provided for this property for a space within Mayor Avenue car park on a first come first served basis. 

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent, heated towel rail and electric heater on wall.

Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels are provided. (please bring own beach towel).

The Cottage: First Floor: 

Kitchen: Indesit Induction hob, microwave with oven, Indesit fridge freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, Espresso coffee machine.

Living/Dining:  WIFI, 42' LG Smart TV, Netflix, extended table for seating 8.

Family bathroom: Wash basin, WC, wall mounted Thermostatic shower in cubicle, washing machine/tumble dryer.

Second floor:

Bedroom 1: 5' King size bed, chest of drawer, wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: 5' King Size bed, chest of drawers.

Bedroom 3: Two singles (2'6 ) (Zip and link beds that can be made into a Kingsize bed.  Please inform when booking if you require singles or king)

Family Bathroom: Thermostatic wall mounted shower, bath, towel rail,wash basin, WC.

Outside area: Decked area with coal BBQ (please provide own coal).

Parking: A parking permit is provided with the property which allows one space in the Mayor Avenue car park which serves on a first come first served basis a short walk away.

Power and heat: Price of electricity is included in rent. Heatmiser underfloor heating.

Change over day: The change over day is Friday. Arrival 16:00PM. Departure 11AM.

Bedding and linen: Bed linen  and towels provided (please bring your own beach towel). 

Shop: 0.2ml  Pub: 0.2ml

Security Deposit:This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Notes: The Cottage at Cobalt is baby/child friendly and provide a bed guard, stair gate and high chair. You are welcome to provide own baby equipment for The Studio.   Please let us know when booking if you require the zip and link beds to be king or two singles for both The Cottage and The Studio. Wifi provided. Good mobile signal. No smoking. Sorry no pets allowed.

We loved this house was perfectly situated for visiting Dartmouth lovely modern furnishings and decor and a super equipped kitchen. Couldn’t recommend enough. Only suggestion would like information on recycling we had to look it up. Thank you Blue River easy to deal with beautiful property as described in perfect location. Will definitely be back. Cannot recommend enough.
