This fantastically modern, two-bedroom house is located next to Dartmouth's Lower Ferry, close to the town’s many restaurants, shops and bars. The property is within half a mile of Dartmouth’s harbour and the town’s many shops and places to eat, so you can step out of your front door and explore to your heart’s content. If you fancy venturing further afield, get the ferry from the harbour across the River Dart to Kingswear, or upstream to Dittisham and enjoy the scenic river views. If the beach is calling, Blackpool Sands (4.5 miles) offers a great day out, while kids will adore Woodlands Family Theme Park (5.5 miles).

Lovely apartment, spotless and excellent location. Only down side the front bedroom can be noisy and a shower in the bedroom is a little strange.

This is a comfy clean two storey (upside down) apartment in a perfect location on the flat in Dartmouth with the bonus of its own garage and an outdoor terrace area over the garage with glimpses of the river and for people watching on lower street towards Bayards Cove. This was our first time visiting Dartmouth and we would definitely come back. No 19 is perfectly situated and great accommodation with everything you need. Lovely view of the river and across to Kingswear from the side of the roof terrace.

Dartmouth is totally beautiful and this upside down house is in a prime position, which I dont think can be bettered. Not only that, it comes with a good sized garage keeping any vehicle entirely safe. Great view from the terrace overlooking the River Dart and entrance to Bayard Cove. Great for people watching too. Comfortable well situated, but a little noisy. Very convenient for the ferry, shops and restaurants.Garage was an asset. Outside patio area could do with some attention. But would definitely visit again
