Within half a mile, you'll find the bustling shops, cafes, and pubs in the centre of the town, and the golden, sandy beach is less than a mile’s stroll away. Be sure to pick up a chilled bottle of something special in town to enjoy on the apartment’s private balcony when you return.

Head up to this third-floor apartment via the lift or stairs and inside, you’ll find a spacious lounge/dining room with French doors to the balcony framing the mesmerising sea views. Cosy up on the sofa to watch the boats drift by on the horizon or take a seat at the four-seater dining table to admire the vistas with a home-cooked meal. A kitchen provides everything you’ll need to self-cater during your stay and when night falls, there is a double bedroom to retire to. Completing the interior is a refreshing bathroom. The balcony, furnished with a bistro table and chairs, catches the sun throughout the day and offers breathtaking views of the South Devon coast.

When you’re not admiring the spellbinding scenery from the apartment, you can be taking scenic hikes around the headland, exploring the nature reserve of Dawlish Warren, or sunbathing on the sands of the beach at the base of the cliff. If you're looking for a change of scenery, the historic resort of Teignmouth is only 3 miles from the apartment, and you can get to Exmouth and its many attractions by ferry from Starcross, a mere 4 miles away.

Wonderful location next to the sea. Close enough to walk into town. Plenty of parking. The flat has everything you need. Easy access to buses and trains for days out.

Very nice top floor flat with a view over the sea from the balcony. Great attention to detail and excellent communication with owners. Well kitted out with a large smart tv and other useful tech. Everything provided for in the kitchen. Located between the town and the Warren so good for walks along the sea wall, Highly recommended.

A lovely apartment with a sea view. Thought has been given to make your stay very comfortable. Secure underground parking. Easy to walk into both Dawlish & Dawlish Warren.

Excellent communication and guide from owners, beautiful views with a fabulous balcony. Very comfortable and great for techy people. Well sited for exploring - it was a shame the lift wasn't working for the whole week being on the top floor but the exercise was good for us! Will use again for sure.
