The stylish kitchen includes an island, an induction hob, and a double oven for cooking delicious dinners and there’s a dining area that comfortably seats everyone. On the ground floor are three of the six bedrooms, a king-size, a twin and a double, along with a family bathroom, a separate WC, and a cosy reception room. The other three bedrooms are on the lower ground floor, a master with a super-king-size bed, a triple room with three single beds, and a single room. There are two further bathrooms, and the master and single rooms have balcony terraces. ‘New for 2024 – 3 additional en-suite bathrooms’. Outside, is a stunning tiered garden with sun loungers and a hot tub, a large dining terrace, boat house with 2 paddleboards and canoe and river moorings.

Catch the ferry across the river to visit Dartmouth’s harbour, shops, restaurants, pubs, and art galleries. What a beautiful house in the most spectacular setting!!! Highly tastefully decorated throughout with wonderful views of Dartmouth across the river Dart, Ravenswell offers great open spaces for family members to share time together both indoors and outdoors. What an excellent house this is. Our group of friends and children like to find a different house each year but this is the first we are likely to come back to. Amazing views, great size, great kitchen and living area. Lovely bedrooms, some with great balconies. Oh and a private beach where we did crabbing and played on the paddle boards and cRead moreanoe! Surrounding area is lovely and even though we went in October the beaches and walks were great. As were the local towns and pubs! Hide
