Overview

Coastal Walk is a ‘home from home’ in a superb location just around the corner from Paignton Seafront and Pier with its family amusements. This holiday home is comfortable and spacious, accommodating up to eight guests over four bedrooms, as well as welcoming pets. It offers private parking, as well as outside space at the front and rear of the property.

It a great place to explore the very best of the English Riviera, or just to lay back and enjoy the sandy Paignton beaches or any other of 22 beaches of Torbay, most of which have Blue flag awards for cleanliness. Paignton Green hosts many events throughout the year for young and old–from classic regattas and bike festivals to children’s weeks and carnivals – there’s something for everyone. Just a short drive away you will find a whole host of award-winning attractions, including Paignton Zoo to explore your wild side with the kids, Agatha Christie’s Greenway estate for the crime and history lovers amongst you, or to see the very best of South Devon then there’s no better way than the Round Robin trip, including a trip on a steam train!

Ensuring a comfortable stay on every occasion, there are two lounges, kitchen-diner and a WC downstairs, a sitting room, Master bedroom, dressing room and a family bathroom on the first floor and three bedrooms and a family bathroom upstairs to accommodate up to 8 guests. Two dogs are also very welcome.

Accommodation: Access via front garden. Ground Floor: Lounge 1 with bay window and two seater and three seater sofas along with charming Chesterfield armchair, 43’ TV with Freeview, Gas Fireplace. Lounge 2 with two seater sofa and a character oak Arbour seat, book shelf with books for you to use. Flame effect electric log burner. Kitchen-Diner: four-ring induction hob, electric DBL oven with grill function, tall fridge freezer, dishwasher, equipped with plenty of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Tassimo Coffee machine with a couple welcome pods to start your holiday. Complimentary salt & pepper and oil. Dishwasher, washing machine. Breakfast bar with 2 stools. 22’ TV+DVD, Bluetooth speakers. Dining area with table and 10 chairs. WC. The door leading on to the courtyard. Rare decked garden: Decked area with table and chairs. Gate to private driveway.

First Floor: Sitting room with comfortable sofa bed for afternoon snooze. For your entertainment there are some table games and 46’ TV with PlayStation 4 (please bring your own games). Bedroom1 has a bay window, King size bed and bedside tables with reading lights. Dressing room with wardrobe that has a full sized mirror doors. Ironing facilities. 1st Family bathroom with bath and an overhead shower attachment, WC and a wash-hand basin, mirror and heated towel rail.

Second Floor: 2nd Bedroom offers two children’s 3’ single beds, with bedside tables and reading lamps, full size mirror, hooks, hanging rail and a shelf for clothing. 3rd Bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with reading lights. Hanging rail, hangers and a shelf for clothing. En-suite bathroom with walk in shower cubicle, WC, sink.4th Bedroom is more suitable for children as offers bunk beds 3’ with reading lamp, full size mirror, hooks, hanging rail and a shelf for clothing.2nd Family bathroom with bath and an overhead shower attachment, WC and a wash-hand basin, mirror and heated towel rail.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels provided. Gas & Electricity included. Wi-Fi. No smoking. 2 pets welcome. Highchair and travel cot not provided, but you are welcome to bring yours. Garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. Short breaks available. 4pm arrival time, 10am departure time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
