Wander to North Sands, 1 mile away, to build sandcastles and paddle or go on to South Sands (2 miles), a hot spot for water sports. Explore the coast on foot along the South West Coast Path, which hugs both sides of the estuary with stunning views along the way. Catch a ferry across the estuary to East Portlemouth (0.5 miles) to visit the sandy cove of Mill Bay (1 mile), arrange a diving trip or sea fishing, or visit Salcombe’s gin distillery (0.5 miles) on Island Street.

An excellent base for a visit to Salcombe. Close to the centre so everything in walking distance. Spacious apartment.
