This double fronted modern property is set over two floors with a stylish open plan living area, kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining space on the ground floor. We love the sun room - a great place to chill whatever the weather! Upstairs, the bedrooms are all very comfortably furnished - perfect for relaxing at the end of a busy day on the beach!
Shaldon is a quaint little fishing town which lies opposite Teignmouth at the mouth of the River Teign, hop on one of the regular ferries and explore further afield. It’s a great place for walking too with the South West Coastal Path offering some fabulous coastal strolls right on the doorstep. Follow one of the nature trails, do a spot of bird watching on the river or try your hand at one of the water sports on offer. Golfing enthusiasts will enjoy the 18 hole golf course, the charming local conservation zoo is a must, as are the fabulous beaches and the Homeyards Botanical Gardens. Visit in August and join in the fun of the annual Shaldon Regatta, so be prepared to get swept up in the merriment! Guests are within a 20 minutes' drive of the lively attractions of Torquay and the surrounding area has many popular National Trust properties, beaches and coastal tourist attractions.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
The property was faultless, your service excellent. We know the local area very well and it is excellent for families, especially young children.
Everyone was very kind to me. My property flooded in June so needed somewhere to stay. The team was so lovely and helpful. Definitely the best service I have had in the 6 weeks I have been in temporary accommodation The house was amazing and the owners are perfect.

This is our second time staying at Harbour House and it was as wonderful as ever. Perfect location with fantastic views. Stayed again with my parents for two weeks and all of us have had a lovely relaxing holiday in this ‘Home from Home’ property, we have all fallen in love with Harbour House. Had the absolute pleasure of meeting Anne, such a lovely lady. Also met Sarah the housekeeper this time round and she is so lovely, very friendly and welcoming and does a sterling job, Sarah lovely meeting you and thank you for everything.
