This property is in a fantastic location just half a mile from the Award Winning Beach of Blackpool Sands, approximately a 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive in the car. Stoke Fleming has a wine bar and restaurant, pub, village shop, PO, launderette and a fish and chip takeaway. Slapton Ley, the largest freshwater lake in the south west is home to a plethora of wildlife and a twitchers’ paradise with an abundance of birds.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
The apartment was clean and comfortable, the furnishings and decor were modern and good quality and the addition of the conservatory a bonus. The service I received when I made the booking was good and the staff member very helpful. The property info and booking confirmation were sent quickly. The Dartmouth area is lovely, the park and ride is an easy way to get into Dartmouth and we would recommend the round-robin steam train, open top bus and boat trip. We will definitely go back. Clean and comfortable, the apartment had everything we needed and we loved having the conservatory.
Perfect for relaxing. Lovely garden, lots of birds, peaceful. Very happy with everything about our holiday and the service we received. Thoroughly recommend.
