Looking for a coastal bolthole with sea views? Gainsborough ticks all the boxes. This lovely two bedroom holiday home has the most amazing views over Torbay from the house and gardens. Enjoy breakfast or dinner in the conservatory with its contemporary cane table and chairs and patio doors which open up onto the garden. Gainsborough has en-suite bathrooms adjoining both bedrooms making the perfect choice for two couples or a family of four.
The property is in the prestigious residential area of Lincombes in Torquay, surroundings may be peaceful but the hustle and bustle of the town's harbour, beach, shops and restaurants are just a short drive away… great for an evening out. Nearby, Babbacombe Model Village and Paignton Zoo are excellent days out with something for all the family to enjoy. Head inland and you'll reach Dartmoor National Park, a totally different landscape about a half an hour's drive away and highly recommended especially if you're planning a holiday with the dogs – the owners of the property are happy for you to take three pets.

Kitchen: Well fitted kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge/freezer, microwave and a washing/dryer.
Cloakroom: W.C. and wash handbasin.
First Floor: Bedroom 1: Double bed with two bedside tables and lamps. Sea views and en-suite bathroom with a bath with shower over, wash handbasin and W.C.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, two bedside tables and lamps. The bedroom also has an en-suite bathrooms with bath with shower over, wash handbasin and W.C.
Outside: There is a sunny conservatory with a table and seating with access to the patio that has extensive sea views.
Parking: Private car parking space and/or garage for small sized car.
Facilities and services: WiFi connection available, large garden. Bed linen provided. Towels can be provided, please request at time of bookings. (Beach towels not provided.) Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Despite the weather we had a nice relaxing week and this property does provide very good views from both upstairs and downstairs.
