Sophia’s House is a well-presented, comfortable maisonette just a stroll from the centre of Torquay. Located in a leafy residential area of Torquay, this modern ‘home from home’ can comfortably accommodate 3 guests in 2 bedrooms. Two medium size dogs are also very welcome. This property is located perfectly positioned, tucked away in a residential neighbourhood but still within an easy reach of the suburban charm of Torquay.
The ground floor features a kitchen/lounge/diner with French door leading to patio area, on the first floor you will find two comfortable bedrooms and a family bathroom suite.

Accommodation: Ground Floor. Kitchen / lounge / dinner. Kitchen is well equipped and has a gas hob and electric oven, under counter fridge, under counter freezer, washing machine and a microwave. Lounge with 42’Smart TV, corner sofas with foot stool. French door leading to paved patio area. Dining area has table and seating for 4. Stairs to the 1st floor. First Floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, two large solid wood wardrobes and same style chest of drawers. Single bedroom has a chest of drawers and a solid wood wardrobe. Family bathroom with bath and a shower head attachment, WC, wash-hand basin and a mirror. The bathroom benefits from a sky light.
Facilities and Services: Linen & towels. Gas CH. Wi-Fi. No smoking in the property. 2 medium size dogs welcome. Private parking. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday. For BBQ please bring your own coal. Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
