The private entrance is approached by the designated parking at the rear of the property via 7 steps where the panoramic view of the cove opens up over the rolling South Devon countryside. This property is set on 1 level and boasts an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with views of inner and outer Hope. The cosy living space offers brand new seating with 1 sofa and 1 armchair, as well as the dining area which is in keeping with the maritime theme throughout the property. Leading off from the living space are the two bedrooms, 1 master bedroom and 1 with bunk beds situated opposite the spacious and modern bathroom.

Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
