This spacious and comfortable first floor apartment is situated in a most desirable location in the picturesque coastal village of Lynmouth on the banks of the River Lyn and just two minutes level stroll from the delightful village centre. Occupying the entire first floor of the building. The main access is at the rear with stairs up two floors leading up to a landing which gives access to the various rooms in the apartment. Originally a tea rooms was available below but this is now closed. There are however lots of other cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The accommodation is spacious, well equipped and very comfortably furnished throughout with night storage and electric heaters to provide year round warmth. A good sized double bedded room offers views across the river to wooded hillsides,sea glimpses and an ensuite shower room. Access across small landing opens into a spacious living/dining room and a good sized well equipped kitchen. The apartment is just a short stroll from the picturesque harbour, character pubs, shops, and restaurants. Riverside lawns and gardens adjoin the mainly pebble beach and offer outstanding coastal views. Delightful country and coastal walks surround the property with Watersmeet nearby, and beauty spots such as the Valley of the Rocks, Hunters Inn and The Doone Valley only a short scenic drive. The famous water powered cliff railway, road or exhilarating cliffside footpath gives access to the further amenities of the twin village of Lynton including cinema, bowls and tennis courts. Ideal location for those wanting to explore the splendour of Exmoor on foot, horseback (local riding stables) or car and with easy access to the rugged coastline, spectacular beaches, and character villages and towns of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
