Description

Approached by country lanes, Clifton Court overlooks the glorious beach at Putsborough, two miles from Croyde and three miles from Woolacombe.  Both villages have a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartments in Clifton Court are arranged on four levels, access is on level three and all are approached by a variable number of steps depending on the location, detailed information is available on request. There are designated parking spaces for each apartment together with limited additional guest parking. All of the apartments have individual views over the sands stretching from Baggy Point to Morte Point. A lane at the side of the building leads to the beach and guests have full use of the indoor heated swimming pool. Putsborough Beach is sheltered by cliffs and ideal for swimming and surfing. During the main season a beach shop and cafe provides refreshments.

Overlooking a stunning sandy bay and close to many coastal footpaths, it is ideal for both beach lovers and keen walkers wishing to explore the beautiful coastline. An inner porch provides useful storage for surfboards and beach equipment. The open plan living room has comfy seating which can convert to a double sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements if required, and is complete with modern kitchen/dining area. Taking full advantage of the location, patio doors open onto the balcony where you can relax and enjoy those amazing sea views. The bedroom is attractively presented and there is a separate stylish bathroom. Within easy driving distance of a choice of local villages Flat 30 is an ideal base from which to explore this wonderful area.

A tumble dryer is available in the Clifton Court utility area for a small charge.  Bedroom with King. Bathroom with bath and powerful fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
