Head to Brixham… stroll around the harbourside and stop off for fish and chips or bid for your catch at the regular fish auction or cast your own line on one of the fishing trips which run throughout the season. Torbay itself has many delights including a range of long sandy beaches and attractions with Woodlands Adventure Park, Greenway and Kents Cavern and Paignton Zoo all within easy reach.

Bedroom 3: double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, bookshelf, bedside table. Sea views through the Juliet balcony door.
Bedroom 4: single bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinet, hand basin. An extra 3ft trundle bed can be provided for an 8th person - (making space a little tight).

Outside: front terraced garden, rear garden courtyard. Astro turf lawn. Small oval pond surrounded by raised borders, access blocked by a large potted plant.
Parking: narrow 1930s drive can fit a small compact car but we recommend using the free on-street parking just outside for one to two cars.

Notes: Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
