Why having a local office is good for your holiday…

Our office is in Braunton — right in the middle of the region where we let our cottages. We are just a short drive from a large percentage of our properties which means we can be on site very quickly if you have problems at your holiday cottage. We have maintenance teams nearby who can respond to your needs very quickly too and we know them personally, so we know they will do a good job. That’s something you won’t get with a national agency with offices that are hundreds of miles from where you are taking your holiday.

Being local also means we inspect all our properties personally, so whenever you call us for advice or recommendations, there will be someone in the office who can help you – even if you want to know if the garden is properly dog-proofed or how easy it is to walk to the beach! The thing to remember is that we visit every site ourselves. So if you want a personal recommendation, just ask. Who else can do that for you?

As you can imagine, we are currently experiencing an unprecedented level of enquiries as a consequence of the Coronavirus outbreak. Please be assured that our team are working around the clock to respond to all customer support requests as quickly as possible.

We have been prioritising customers with the nearest arrival dates and would like to invite you to contact us by telephone, which is now the quickest way to help with your enquiry. Our phone lines are open 10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday (closed on public holidays).

On 23rd March 2020, the Government issued an unprecedented instruction that everyone must stay at home due to the current Coronavirus pandemic. This means that if you were due to travel with us during the 'stay at home' period, you will unfortunately not be able to travel as planned.

However, you can transfer your booking to new dates which suit you, quickly and securely using our website.

Here’s how in just 3 steps...

  1. Visit your customer account
  2. Sign into your account using your email and password - or register your account
  3. Find your booking and click ‘transfer this booking’

Once you’ve completed this simple process, you’ll receive an email that confirms your transfer.

Should you decide to transfer your holiday to the same dates in 2021, we will ensure prices are frozen to reflect the price you would have paid this year, taking into account any changes in public or school holiday dates.

If you decide to transfer your holiday to a different (non-equivalent) date in either 2020 or 2021, any difference in the price of your new dates will be applied or credited as appropriate at the time of transferring.

Alternatively, if you have received an E-voucher from us, you can log in to your customer account to redeem or find out more information.

If you need to speak with a member of our team, you can still make an enquiry. Whilst we would ideally want to respond to all our customers immediately, we need to prioritise customers who are imminently due to travel. We very much appreciate the patience you are showing our teams at this time.
