Fish for carp, roach, rudd or bream in one of the five lakes, explore the ancient cobbled streets of Clovelly (2 miles) or set out along the South West Coast Path to discover the wonderful Hartland Devon Heritage Coast. Afterwards, return to this cosy retreat for a delicious home-cooked meal overlooking the water’s edge.

Inside, this timber cabin is spacious and open-plan, with homely soft furnishings and plenty of natural light. Cook up a storm in the contemporary kitchen area, before dining at the farmhouse table nearby. Afterwards, sink into the inviting L-shaped sofa to enjoy a relaxing evening of TV, games or reading with family, or open the double doors to fill the room with fresh Devon air. Ideal for families, the double and bunk bedrooms are cosy and inviting and share a modern shower room with a luxury jet spray shower. Outside, the balcony enjoys wonderful views across the lake.

Explore this spectacular farm with its woodland walks, wetland areas and five fishing lakes. Afterwards, take to the ancient cobbled streets of Clovelly to visit its picturesque harbour or sample delicious local produce in one of its quaint eateries. Beach lovers on both two and four legs will enjoy a visit to Bude (15 miles) and Westward Ho! (10.5 miles), while family days out can be enjoyed at The Milky Way (1.5 miles) and The Big Sheep (8.5 miles).
