A beautiful cottage in beautiful surroundings. Very clean and comfortable. It was perfect, a home from home. It was very peaceful and well located for exploring the local area and beyond. We loved sitting in the little sun trap on the patio watching all the birds and of course the chickens. Hosts were very friendly and unobtrusive. Would highly recRead moreommend. Hide

The log burner was more than adequate, actually only necessary when the weather is miserable. Only a few logs early in the evening will be enough as the room will stay warm for a long time.

The property is in a great location with easy access to main roads. Lovely kitchen/dining/living area with a wood burner. The TV is not a smart one but reception good as is the broadband/WI-FI. Bedroom a good size, double bed with ample cloths hangers in the wardrobe. Bathroom a good size but shower in the bath not ideal for older guests.

The Piggy in the Middle cottage is an excellent place to stay. It has a fantastic wood burning stove, and very cosy to have on. It is in a very quiet area. Fantastic facilities. Plenty of places to see and lots to do in the area. Could not highly recommend enough. Cannot wait to go back!!

Beautiful cottage in the middle of nowhere, perfect for relaxing. The log burner made it more cosy and all the little piggy accessories more homely.
