Lovely barn/cottage situated in a quiet rural location. Ideal for exploring East Devon, especially local beaches which are easily accessible. Friendly helpful owner. Cottage was well equipped and comfortable for ourselves and our dog. Only downside (or maybe a positive) is getting a phone signal can be difficult with some providers.

We had a wonderful stay at Bramley Barn. The barn is well-equipped and had everything we needed for our stay - the kitchen has every utensil/pot/pan you can think of. The location was perfect for visiting local seaside towns and there were plenty of local walks to enioy with our dog. The only slight issue we had is that the garden is not fully enclRead moreosed so you need to supervise your dog closely when out in the garden. All in all it was excellent, though, and would thoroughly recommend. Hide

Love the location. Host is lovely and had some fresh bread made for us arriving. Good space and lots of parking and our dog was made very welcome too.
