The property is accessed via a couple of steps and features a relaxing lounge, a stylishly designed kitchen/diner, and a cinema room which is perfect for an evening of entertainment for all the family with TV/DVD, CD, PlayStation 3 and a selection of DVDs. There are five cosy bedrooms: a family room with a king-size double bed and an additional single bed, three double rooms, and a single room. All the double rooms are en-suite. French doors lead out from the lounge into an enclosed courtyard area with a built-in charcoal BBQ and garden furniture. Four lockable car parking spaces, five on request, are available 100 yards from the property.

The thriving seaside town of Ilfracombe is famous for its beautiful harbour, which is home to Damien Hirst’s Verity, and its wonderful beaches including The Tunnels and Hele Bay. The town offers a host of great restaurants, pubs, galleries and independent shops. Walkers can join the South West Coast Path here, or you can take a boat trip out to Lundy. Within ten miles are the stunning beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. Local attractions include Watermouth Castle (3 miles), Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (6 miles) and Exmoor National Park (10 miles).

Wonderful house in a great location and gas parking! We walked everywhere especially to 4 different beaches! House was great for the 10 of us, really comfortable and well equipped. It was also well soundproofed so the kids noise seemed to be absorbed!! We had a great week and would stay here again
