Come stay in a sleek, contemporary and elegantly styled property in the heart of the ancient fishing village of Appledore. This fantastic single-storey property has been carefully designed for families seeking homely comforts, stylish surroundings and close proximity to the seaside.

Enter this beautifully presented property with a fusion of Japanese and industrial-inspired decor in an open-plan layout. This arrangement lends itself to entertaining and has ample room for you and your guests to spread out and unwind. The Smart TV is the perfect partner for a night in, as is the cushy sofa and underfloor heating. Prepare meals for the whole party in your well-appointed kitchen space and dine at the table or on the enclosed patio. This outdoor suntrap benefits from plenty of furniture for enjoying those early morning cuppas and views overlooking the river. When it’s time for bed, the bijou bedrooms are a restful place for a good night’s sleep. They comprise a twin room and a double with an en-suite shower room.

The lovely village of Appledore (300 metres) is a fabulous place to enjoy a relaxing break. Head down to Appledore Quay and soak up the salty sea air while you watch the world go by with coffee and cake. After refuelling, enjoy a scenic walk along the River Torridge or around Northam Burrows Country Park (1.5 miles). A beach day can be found at Westward Ho!, just 2.5 miles from the property. Try your luck at the amusements, savour ice creams and laze on the glistening sands of the bay.

  • 1 dog allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
