Stroll less than 1 mile from this impressive holiday home to reach the golden sands of Westward Ho! Sleeping eight guests, this unique, dog-friendly retreat is ideal for a large family or party of friends. It is situated in a superb position at Northam, where it captures views out towards the sea. Complete with a hot tub for outdoor relaxation, plus a wood burner for autumn and winter evenings, it makes a great base for getting out and about on the beautiful North Devon coast.

Step inside to find unique character and an exceptional level of comfort. Head through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner to prepare hearty meals then feast together in the fabulous, light-filled conservatory. Light the wood burner on chilly days, then settle down in front of a good film on the Smart TV. Members of your party might also like to spread out into the snug, where there is another Smart TV for alternative viewing. There is also a WC downstairs. As day turns to night, head up to the first floor to lay your head in either of the double bedrooms, the super-king-size or one of the two king-size, one of which has an en-suite shower room. The super-king-size can be made up as a twin by prior arrangement. There is also a family bathroom. Take in the sea views from inside and out during your stay. On summer days, choose between one of three terraces for outdoor relaxation. Play games with the children or pets on the lawn, light the BBQ and bubble in the hot tub.

Spend time swimming or surfing from the beautiful beach at Westward Ho! Head over to charming Appledore to potter in the shops, have afternoon tea in a cafe and catch the ferry to Instow in the summer months.

Very well appointed, attention to details a home from home experience, amazing comfy beds. Plus a view to loose yourself in... We were witness to a very special sun-set over Lundy island. Many thanks Woodbine Cottage for our very comfy stay. Plus the Jacuzzi is a welcome bonus and garden safe for dogs.
