Holiday in style at this stunning property located in a quiet part of the Churston village just over a mile from the delightful town of Brixham. Offering a peaceful, high quality, relaxing holiday for up to six guests, this lovely home comes complete with a sunny conservatory, spacious garden with private swimming pool and hot tub, as well as light and bright, inviting interiors. Nestled in a tranquil setting, this versatile holiday home provides plenty of space to suit guests of all ages.

Inside, this house has a modern, bright and spacious lounge/diner with large windows overlooking the pool and garden area and there are sliding doors opening onto the beautiful garden. The lounge is a cosy space with a large sofa and cuddly blankets to watch a film too or play a board game. You’ll also find a sunny conservatory on this floor where you can bask in the heat, making it a perfect year-round relaxation space with a book, cup coffee or glass of wine. As well as the well-equipped kitchen where you’ll find everything you need to whip up meals, there’s also a breakfast bar and a handy utility room housing the laundry equipment as well as a ground floor bathroom. Upstairs are the three inviting bedrooms – a super-king with an en-suite shower room and two doubles along with a family bathroom. Outside, there is a paved courtyard with two ponds and also a fantastic garden, mainly laid to lawn, complete with swimming pool hot tub and trampoline – absolute heaven!

If you can tear yourself away from the property, there are plenty of picturesque walking routes in the area. You’re also just 2 miles from the popular seaside resort of Brixham where you can wander around the harbour and the old town centre, as well as the nearby Breakwater Beach. The area is home to many historical buildings, quaint pubs and typical English tea shops. Why not walk along the quay and watch the fishermen packing away their catch of the day? There are also a great range of water sports to take part in.
