You’ll also find a sunny conservatory on this floor where you can bask in the heat, making it a perfect year-round relaxation space with a book, cup coffee or glass of wine. As well as the well-equipped kitchen where you’ll find everything you need to whip up meals, there’s also a breakfast bar and a handy utility room housing the laundry equipment as well as a ground floor bathroom. Upstairs are the three inviting bedrooms – a super-king with an en-suite shower room and two doubles along with a family bathroom. You’re also just 2 miles from the popular seaside resort of Brixham where you can wander around the harbour and the old town centre, as well as the nearby Breakwater Beach. The area is home to many historical buildings, quaint pubs and typical English tea shops. Why not walk along the quay and watch the fishermen packing away their catch of the day? There are also a great range of water sports to take part in.
