Take your loved ones to the picturesque seaside town of Brixham for a getaway in a penthouse with sea views from the balcony and open-plan living area with cheerful, homely decor. Inside the property is a bright and airy lounge with a pop of colour from the decor and plump sofas which sit in front of the SmartTV and full-length glass balcony doors. Next to this is a round, glass dining table with seating for four. Continue into the crisp white kitchen with glossy cabinets, plenty of space for cooking a hearty meal for your loved ones plus more doors which open up onto the balcony. Completing the interior is a family bathroom plus two bedrooms – a king-size and twin room. Outside is a balcony with seating.

During your stay in the heart of Brixham Harbour, start your day with a stroll along the waterfront and take advantage of the vast selection of eateries and bars on your doorstep (within 0.5 miles). Take your beach towels to Churston Cove (1 mile), Elberry Cove (2.5 miles) or Broadsands Beach (3 miles). Enjoy a relaxing hike through Berry Head National Nature Reserve (1 mile) where you can find panoramic sea views from the lighthouse. From here you can continue along the coastal path to St Mary’s Bay (1 mile) and Man Sands (2.5 miles). For a day trip out of the town visit The Dragon’s Tail (6 miles) or National Trust Little Dartmouth nature reserve (7 miles) which sits on the edge of the River Dart and the sea.

Would strongly recommend this property. Great location and very comfortable. Also a car parking space which is a massive plus when staying in Brixham.

We really enjoyed our stay at 17 Moorings Reach. The property is very clean, comfortable and made an excellent base for exploring the area with parking available. The property is located to one side of the main town which makes for a quieter location but with easy walking access to nearby shops, cafes and restaurants. The view is lovely, giving Read moreyou uninterrupted views of the bay where you can watch the fishing trawlers and pleasure boats come and go. Hide

Property was lovely. We chose it because dad has limited mobility and it was right above the promenade. What we werent aware of are the 42 steps at the side of the property to access the promenade. We took a longer, sloped walk through Moorings Reach which came out by The Prince William. After walking this distance dad was unable to make it into BRead morerixham, which was a shame. Hide

EVERYTHING WAS JUST PERFECT WITH ALL NECESSARY THINGS REQUIRED WITH AMAZING VIEW OVERLOOKING THE HARBOUR. OUR HOLIDAY WAS MADE EVEN MORE SPECIAL BY STAYING IN A FIRST CLASS APPARTMENT WITH A LIFT, A CAR SPACE WHICH IS NECESSARY IN BRIXHAM AND CLOSE TO ALL AMENITIES.

Brilliant base in quieter times but might not suit us when it's busy as you are right in the action. Very clean indeed and very comfortable quality property. Would stay again. Some reviews complain about parking but it wasn't that bad and I have a large 7 seat SUV.

Communications prior to visit to 17 Moorings Reach were excellent. The support from Pauline and Ian during our stay was again first class. We absolutely love staying at this property. There are a few things that need fixing in the property but Pauline and Ian are aware.

Team have been very helpful changing bookings to accommodate our needs. On this visit the support from the cleaning company was excellent. This was not the case on previous visit to a different property.

Cosy, tastefully decorated and comfortable apartment. Fantastic location. Loved being so close to all the activity in the harbour, watching the pilot boat and trawlers coming and going. Great to have parking right outside and the lift is a huge asset when arriving and leaving with luggage etc The 4 for equipment is because of a strong musty smRead moreell in the master suite plumbing which might need looking at. Lovely apartment and holiday, location best in the bay. Watched the local seal pair from the balcony, and the fish market at work. Did the Fish Market tour...fascinating, well worth the early start. Have stayed in many places around the harbour but this is the best. The location is perfect to sit, relax and watch the boats coming and going, the ides in and out, and people passing by. The apartment is very tastefully furnished. Lovely comfy beds. Well managed by staff. Will be back!

What a fantastic view! We have spent so much time sitting on the balcony just watching activity in the harbour or in the bay. Mangore is great for large quantities of fresh food, and the Manor Pub is a hidden gem. Its been the most wonderful place to sit out the heatwave in London!

Well you couldn`t better this spot. Not only are the views always changing and interesting, but watching people is always fascinating. Great connections here.
