Cleanliness score was affected detrimentally owing to the house hoover being choked up. The freezer box in the fridge was not defrosted fully. There was dirt underneath the settee and under the cupboard. The outside storage area was very untidy and dirty. The bedding was winter weight. However the towels were of good quality.
