This coastal retreat on the outskirts of Braunton enjoys far-reaching rural views and is the perfect base for friends and family looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We have been booking with Marsdens since 2006. The places we have stayed in have always been very good quality. We hope that this will continue as Marsdens has been taken over by Original Cottages

Beautiful well maintained property. All mod cons, and bonus of having a large garage to store bikes etc. Once the music festival was over we really appreciate the quietness. Would be better if there were locks in the downstairs toilet and wet room. Could do with a hairdryer as well. Mattresses were so comfy we all slept soundly. We had a lovely staRead morey. The house was very well equipped and was in a good spot for getting into town. The only negative I could comment on was that we was looking forward to a relax with good sleep, yet the blinds in the bedrooms are poor, the double room upstairs even had 2 sets of blinds and neither was blackout so each morning at 4am we were awake. The roller blind thRead moreat covered the window was also the wrong size and didnt cover the edges of the window which let even more light in down the sides too. Not great and a poor mistake to make. Hide
