A brief 13-mile drive takes you to the charming Lynton and Lynmouth, where you can enjoy a scenic ride on the funicular railway and leisurely explore local shops, pubs, and tearooms. Nearby attractions include the Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and Watermouth Castle, both situated within 2 miles. An equestrian centre awaits 8 miles distant, along with the exciting Keypitts Quad biking experience. For beach enthusiasts, the gorgeous shores of Croyde and Woolacombe (8 miles) are nearby, providing an idyllic setting to relish fish and chips while taking in the mesmerizing sea views.

Step into the cottage through the initial hallway, where ample storage space for walking boots and convenient coat hooks are provided. Enter the open-plan living area, the authentic character of the cottage is revealed with its high vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, and original stone walls. The lounge, featuring a double sofa, beckons relaxation in front of the TV with Freeview and a DVD player or by the warmth of the wood burner. Adjacent to the lounge, a charming dining table accommodates two, seamlessly transitioning to the contemporary, well-equipped kitchen equipped with everything needed for a stress-free stay. Adding to the convenience is an onsite shared laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedroom is furnished with a wood-framed double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, and mirror. Completing the home is the cottage's bathroom, which features a shower over the bath and a WC, ensuring a delightful and comfortable stay.

Outside the cottage is the central courtyard where guests can relax, or the shared lawns around the farm are home to several picnic tables. The site itself has some excellent onsite facilities, which guests are welcome to take advantage of, including an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, an outdoor tennis court (May to September ONLY) and seven acres of communal grounds featuring landscaped lawns, a dog walking/exercise fields, woodlands and ponds. There is also a shared laundry room available.
