The three-storey property is decorated in a contemporary style, with a colour scheme to reflect the coastal landscape. On the ground floor is an inviting lounge with comfortable seating set around a Smart TV and books and games for your enjoyment. Patio doors open to a decked area, allowing you to extend the social space in the summer months. There is a formal dining room for hosting special occasions, and you’ll also find a casual dining space in the kitchen/diner. A utility room completes the ground floor. The bedrooms are arranged across the first and second floors; one of the first-floor bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, and there’s also a stylish bathroom on this level. Outside, enjoy evening drinks on the raised decked area. From here, steps lead down to an enclosed garden with a lawn where children and dogs can play.

Westward Ho! is full of seaside charm, with traditional arcades, ice cream parlours, and fish and chip shops. The village boasts a 2-mile stretch of golden sand, meaning it’s easy to escape the crowds even in the height of summer. The beach is popular with surfers and water sports enthusiasts, and you’ll find several schools and equipment-hire companies within the village. Days out include the chocolate-box fishing village of Clovelly (11.5 miles) and the historic market town of Bideford (3 miles).
