This semi-detached house offers accommodation over three floors. Nestled on the edge of this market town which had strategic significance in the English civil war in 1646. This can be explored at the museum of the same name in the town. There is plenty to see and do nearby, including visiting the sandy beaches of either Instow or Westward Ho!, (both within 10 miles) the latter of which offers a fantastic two-mile-wide sandy beach, great for families and surfers. Alternatively, walk or cycle along the Tarka Trail which can be accessed via Torrington Common (under 1 mile). Other places of interest include the fishing village of Clovelly (13 miles), The Milky Way Adventure Park (12 miles) and RHS Rosemoor Gardens (1.5 miles).
