This charming cottage is located in the pretty fishing village of Appledore and only minutes away from the harbour. The village is rich in maritime heritage, with its quaint cobbled streets to stroll down with craft shops, galleries, cafes and pubs. Enjoy crabbing from the harbour which is also a lovely place to sit on one of the benches enjoying the views across the estuary to Instow or catch the little passenger ferry that takes you across at certain times of the year. Only 2 miles away, which is reachable on foot as well via the South West Coastal Path is the very popular seaside village of Westward Ho! With its long sandy beach which is popular for activities such as surfing, kite flying and of course, sea pool, and sandcastle building.  Other places close by to explore include The Big Sheep Farm and Theme Park and the Milky way all-weather Adventure park, both within 11 miles.

As you step into this delightful three bedroomed cottage, you will find the lounge on the left. The sumptuous sofas and warming wood burner make this a delightful place to rest your weary feet after a busy day. Enjoy catching up on a box set on the Smart TV with your family and friends. The cottage-style kitchen/diner is a real social hub to enjoy whipping up some favourite meals whilst chatting about the adventures of the day. There is also a shower room and WC on the ground floor. Taking the stairs to the three bedrooms, where there is a king-size bed, a 4" single bed and a twin. Completing this delightful cottage is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Swing open the French doors from the lounge and let in the sunshine or relax in the pretty cobbled courtyard on the patio furniture and enjoy dining alfresco with the charcoal BBQ.
