Mount Rose offers a perfect family retreat whilst being just a 20 minute walk or few minutes’ drive to all village facilities, stunning beaches and the Southwest Coastal Path. A sloping driveway and steps lead up to the main entrance and you will start to feel at home as soon as you arrive. Offering space for all the family to enjoy a relaxing holiday the house has been furnished and decorated in a bright contemporary style and offers two spacious family areas as well as space for individuals to ‘hideaway’ and just enjoy the views.  On the lower level there is a large open plan high quality and well equipped kitchen with patio doors to large front patio. The kitchen itself opens up into a dining area with seating   for 12 and a comfortable snug area. The main lounge is on the first floor with large sofa’s and floor to ceiling bi-fold doors that provide wonderful sea and country views.  These doors open and extend the living space onto a very large decked balcony with glass balustrade to take advantage of the sensational views and for guests to enjoy sunny days and balmy evenings.  A woodburner  provides a focal point for those cooler seasons. Six bedrooms are laid out over the first and second floor. Two double rooms on the second floor have their own private balcony to enjoy the stunning sea and coastal views and one has ensuite facilities. A spacious twin room on this level has a Juliette balcony overlooking the large rear garden and there are three further bedrooms all on the first floor - a double with door to patio and rear garden and two twin bedded rooms. A family shower room on the second floor and bathroom on the first floor provide ample facilities for families and groups of friends holidaying together.  Mount Rose offers great outdoor as well as indoor space.  At the rear there is a large fully enclosed terraced garden with patio and garden furniture. At the front there are two private balconies on the second floor, a very large decked balcony off the first floor and ample patio space on the ground floor level. In addition visitors have use of a large garage ideal for 1 car and with storage for surfboards and cycles. Further driveway parking for 3 cars is also available. This fabulous location offers the opportunity for invigorating coastal walks, lazy days on the beach, surfing at award winning beaches, cream teas in picturesque nearby villages, great days out exploring The Exmoor National Park and picturesque coastal villages whilst providing the most comfortable and spacious home to return to at the end of an adventurous day.
